Audition Information
LEAD ADULT CHARACTERS:
Dewey Finn. Wanna be rock star. At the audition perform rock song of choice. Must sing and play guitar at the same time.
SUPPORTING ADULT ROLE:
Ned, Dewey's best friend and roommate. At the audition sing a rock song of choice
Patty, Ned's girlfriend and roommate. At the audition, please sing
You Don’t Own Me.
Rosalie Mullins, the school principal. At the audition please sing
Horace Green Alma Mater and
You Don’t Own Me.
Theo. Lead singer of the band No Vacancy. Sing rock song of choice, backing track of choice to be used.
Adult (teachers/parents): At the audition please sing
Horace Green Alma Mater starting at 1min. Sing both kids and adult part.
CHILDREN’S ROLES (8-14yrs old):
Zack, plays guitar. At the audition play a song of choice on your guitar (amp provided if needed). For singing audition, see "all children"
Lawrence, plays keyboard. At the audition play a song of choice on the keyboard, keyboard provided, For singing audition, see "all children"
Katie, plays bass. At the audition play a song of choice on the bass, amp provided, For singing audition, see "all children".
Freddie, plays drums. At the audition play a song of choice on the drums, drum provided, For singing audition, see "all children".
Tomika, sings. At the audition, please sing two verses of "Amazing Grace" plus see "all children."
All children (incl. Summer (manager), Marcy & Shonelle, Mason, Billy, James, Sophie & Madison).
