The Annual General Meeting for the Hanover Community Players will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 20th at 7:00 p.m. upstairs in the classroom (through pool viewing area) at the P & H Centre on 7th Avenue.
This is a gathering of the general membership to review the report for 2023 and approve the budget and work for 2024.
If a parent/guardian paid a membership for a youth under 16, that parent/guardian is automatically a voting member. All voting members must be 16 or older. Youth members are invited to attend with voting members.
