Well, we're almost at the end of a hectic three month build up to our panto. Immense commitment from director Joey, sound guru Norm, lighting magician Sam, costumer extrodinaire Pat and choreographer Leslie to make everything come together technically. Combined with the huge commitment of all cast members and their supportive families, we've put together a fantastic show under the capable stage management of Jenn Hillier and her backstage/offstage crew.
It's a total team effort to make this all work, particularly in the face of a pandemic, and we applaud our audiences for attending and seeing what our amateur theatre group can produce. Thank you for following the Covid rules and joining us for a fun show.
We've been fortunate to obtain an Ontario Trillium Foundation grant, presented Saturday, and this will allow us to keep our rental storage space while we hopefully find sponsors and donors who, along with ticket sales, will enable us to keep going into the future.
