Congratulations to everyone involved with the spring show, Mom's Gift. The cast became a family and they showed all of the ups and downs of those dealing with the loss of a loved one, with tears and joy for a life well-lived. The family learned how to a move forward as Mom 'got her wings' and situations resolved.
The 'dramedy' was HCP's exploration of plays with a little more 'meat' to them rather than 'just comedy'. This was a combination of both styles of play and all involved felt it was well worth doing.
HCP had many compliments about the show and, despite smaller audiences, those who attended were very entertained.
