Update

Hilda's Yard, despite some problems, is still scheduled to be produced live on stage if at all possible, in October or November.  Plans are still being formulated for this long-delayed show.

HCP will continue to proceed with plans for Little Red Riding Hood the panto, scheduled for Dec. 10th, 11th, and 12th, 2021, which will be on stage at St. Matthews Evangelical Lutheran Church.  A new venue and we thank the Church Council for their support.  

Covid protocols will be in place as needed.

Due to the huge cost of producing Mamma Mia with a potentially small audience due to Covid, and no proper theatre, it is not feasible for HCP to move forward with auditions and plans for the show.  We have requested permission to do it in the spring of 2023.  Once we know we have the rights, we'll be sure to let you know!

In place of Mamma Mia, we will be looking at comedy plays that can be produced on the stage in the church auditorium for the spring of 2022.  We hope to have the choice made in September so that auditions can take place in October, 2021.  

In the meantime, stay tuned here and continue supporting our HCP charity so that we can move ahead to offer our communities live theatre at reasonable prices.
