It was wonderful to get the cast, parents/guardians and some of the production people together at the first meeting for our winter musical, The Sound of Music by Rodgers and Hammerstein.
A read-through was done and we could hear the story. We have the people for a superb show. Now the hard work starts as everyone has to learn the music as well as their character and lines, working as a team to bring the story to life.
Congratulations to everyone for their selection - work very hard on the music over the summer (it's easier to act when you know the music first) - and we'll see you ALL on September 3rd at 6:45 p.m.
