Membership is even easier now as you can use your credit card to pay your membership. Simply go to GET INVOLVED and scroll down the menu to MEMBERSHIP.
At the bottom of the page is your opportunity to select the type of membership you would like to purchase to support HCP.
The information requested will allow us to send you a membership card and a receipt. A tax receipt is available for the Sustaining Membership.
We will not be sharing information with any other organization; rest assured, it is private.
